Chicken boneless skinless tights
Philadelphia cream cheese with chives
Mix spinach with cream cheese. Put spoonful of mix on chicken tights, roll and wrap in bacon slices(2-3). Preheat oven till 350 F. Cook non covered for 30 minutes, carefully pour out juice(reserve) and put back in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until bacon start getting crispy. Meanwhile, put rice to cook(I use 5 minute rice). Cut peppers and cook in reserved juice until soft(or tender as you like). If you like mix rice with vegetables or serve separately.
